The TOM BEARD AUTOMATED PICKING LUG WASHER is the solution for washing large quantities of picking lugs. It delivers labor savings, reduces waste water, and reduces water consumption.

The PICKING LUG WASHER comes in three models the Single Zone Manual, Single Zone Automatic, and Dual Zone Heated. In all models the picking lugs are conveyed through an initial stage featuring a high pressure wash to remove particles and stubborn material. The Dual Zone Heated model has a second stage featuring a high temperature, high pressure rinse to ensure cleanliness. Each stage is internally screened and filtered to assure consistent results and minimize water consumption.
